Divinity

This effect is something I've just tried for the first time: it involves painting all your colour in acrylic and leaving blank the bits you want black - then covering the whole thing in black ink. When the ink has dried for a bit, you wash it off and the acrylic resists the ink so the only bits left black are those without paint on. The effect is like a woodcut print or a photocopy and came out really well!

Although the photo doesn't do it justice, I'm really pleased with the way this turned out, considering you really have no idea what it will look like till you wash it in the sink!
